Take the 6 or 12 week Body Transformation Challenge with Elena Picarelli! The program is tailored to each individual client based on their goals, overall health and fitness level. Being FIT and HEALTHY is more than a number on a scale or a clothing size...it's about physical changes, healthier eating habits, lifestyle modifications and self-confidence! 

Elena will guide you through your entire transformation program, supporting you all the way. Elena has been a Group Fitness, Personal Trainer and Athletic Trainer for approximately 7 years. She is a Certified in group fitness instructor, bootcamp, TRX, Pound Fit and Personal Training. She specializes in weight training and high intensity training.

Included:

  • (2) 60 minute training sessions per week.
  • A personalized plan on NMFAC classes to take in addition to compliment your personal training sessions.
  • (1) 30 minute weekly consult to discuss programs, answer questions and concerns and to see the upcoming weekly goals.
  • Measurements, weigh-ins and photos will be taken every bi-weekly or monthly (depends on weekly progression). This information will be kept confidential unless otherwise discussed with clients.
  • Healthy meal and food choice recommendations, on-going nutritional support AND accountability using your daily binder and journals.
  • A take-home packet along with a few other items are given to assist clients with contenting to progress through the transformation process. Items include: A series of food recommendations, a water bar menu, healthy snacking options, a food journal sheet that MUST be completed daily, an awesome digital food scale, NMFAC water bottle, and a COMPLIMENTARY protein shake/smoothie after each Personal Training session.
  • Access to Elena outside of training and consult hours, should it be needed.

If you want results, then work with Elena! She delivers 110% on EVERY promise…she does NOT sugar coat anything….if you want it, you gotta do the work. As I quickly learned, give her any lip and you will be instructed (for lack of a better term) to give her 10 more pushups! She is compassionate, empathetic and very knowledgeable along with knowing exactly what is going on at all times with her clients. "Elena has been my trainer since Sept 2017. Ever since my initial meeting with her, she has been on my side. Elena listened to my goals, (goals are important) but more importantly she listened to what my needs were, even if I didn’t say them. She saw when I was nervous, stressed, overwhelmed or even just doubting my ability to complete an exercise. She never let me off the hook, which I need, but at the same time is completely encouraging. She makes you believe in yourself. 

Accountability is an enormous weak spot for me, and I’m probably the biggest self sabotaging person. It’s the reason I need a trainer in the first place. I would reward myself with bad food after losing a couple of pounds. Elena works with you to not only change your body on the outside, but she gives you the tools and a lot of self confidence to help change the inside as well. Things I never thought I could do, nor would I have ever tried on my own, I am now doing. She gives you the confidence to do things out of your comfort zone and face your fears and insecurities.
