All packages include customized diet plan tailored to your personal needs. Your progress will be monitored and adjustments will be made as necessary. You will be meeting with Derik twice a week for 30-45 minutes for the duration of your package.

 

4 Week Diet Plan: $450.00 + tax

Average Weight Loss:  4–8 lbs


6 Week Diet Plan: $625.00 + tax

Average Weight Loss:  6–12 lbs


8 Week Diet Plan: $800.00 + tax

Average Weight Loss:  8–16 lbs
