Yoga Trapeze can help chronic back pain through specially designed inversions, creating traction in the spine, and even creating more space between each vertebrae, helping rectify the natural shrinking of the spine due to everyday wear and tear.

The Yoga Trapeze system is a strategically designed powerful workout that develops core, upper body, and pull and grip strength that a traditional yoga mat does not provide.

Students will benefit from increased spine health, flexibility and good posture, as well as relief from stress and tension. Additionally, the Yoga Trapeze works as a prop, directly assisting students in mastering arm balances, like “crow” and “forearm stands” that can take years to
achieve on the mat.

A typical class includes a whole body warm up and closing, arm and shoulder strength, core strength, and leg strength.
