At the NM Fitness & Aquatic Club, our mission is to help you achieve your workout goals and be the best that you can be. We know how important a supportive atmosphere can be, and we are committed to providing you with a fun, friendly and positive environment.

You'll find state of the art fitness equipment, lots of great group activity classes, steam and sauna, lap pool therapy pool and hot tub, racquetball courts, pickleball, and MORE! We're the only fitness club in New Milford offering Les Mills BODYPUMP classes. You're going to LOVE the sense of community and the energy in this building!

If you're looking for individualized attention, have a specific fitness goal, or are training for a certain event, our personal trainers will be happy to help you design a training program that meets your needs. Check out our Personal Trainer page to learn more.

In our Aquatics Center, we have three salt water pools at varying temperatures. Our lap pool is 81 degrees; our exercise pool is kept at 92 degrees; and our Jacuzzi registers 101 degrees. Join us for our water aerobics classes or family swim. If you're looking for swim lessons for the kids (or yourself!), we offer those too. And more recently, we added Therapeutic Aquatic Exercise programs for those with injuries and / or chronic pain!

We're also thrilled to partner with the Renew Active program. We have a vibrant community of young at heart seniors. We offer classes that help build strength and increase mobility -- and give you the energy you need to enjoy life to its fullest.

We offer a towel service, as well as a full service executive locker room with an array of amenities.

And did we mention that we're squeaky clean? We're sticklers for cleanliness. Our cleaning staff cleans the mats and bikes after every class, so you never have to worry about how well the person before you cleaned their equipment. We also provide wipes for cleaning in the gym, and we ask that you do clean your machine after you use it, but rest assured, our cleaning crew is also cleaning the machines throughout the day.
