Elena’s Body Transformation Challenge is tailored to each individual client based on their goals, overall health and fitness levels. Being fit and healthy is more than just a number on a scale or a clothing size…it’s about healthier eating habits, lifestyle modifications, physical and emotional changes as well as body composition, weight management, and self confidence.
Her goal is to motivate, challenge, support, and empower clients to realize that with the right tools and knowledge they can not only reach their fitness goals, but also improve their overall quality of health!
