Shannon Fischer, Personal Trainer

Shannon Fischer

Shannon is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. Her passion is helping people change their lives through exercise. She's also a huge mental health advocate, and started her own fitness journey to better her own mental health. When she first began her fitness journey at 23, she had no prior experience with strength training. Now strength training has become her favorite form of exercise, specifically powerlifting. Being a woman and lifting heavy gives her an overwhelming amount of confidence to achieve goals in and outside the gym.

She cares deeply about all of her clients and enjoys seeing people flourish into strong, confident, and happy individuals. The populations she's worked with are mainly women, aging anywhere from early 20’s to late 50’s. She specifically enjoy working with clients who are looking to put on muscle.

Not only is she passionate about exercising, she is equally passionate about nutrition
because the two go hand-in-hand. She is currently studying for her Nutrition Coach certification
through Precision Nutrition, having seen the effects of how prioritizing a well-balanced diet and
exercise optimizes results.

Her favorite fitness quote and motto that she preaches consistently is “Motivation is what gets you
started. Habit is what keeps you going.” If you show up even when you don’t feel like it, you’ve
already won.
