Tim Gesualdi
Tim is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). His strengths include strength training, speed and agility. He is a former collegiate athlete and has youth sports and baseball coaching experience. He is passionate about the development of athletes and helping them achieve maximum efficiency.
His motto: "Look in the mirror. That's your competition."

Jordan Pessolano
Jordan is certified through the National Personal Training Institute. He is also certified in Basic Nutrition and could assist clients with healthy eating habits. He specializes in strength training and weight loss. He believes that physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.

Elizabeth Dalton
Elizabeth Dalton received her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. She holds licenses in CT, NJ, and PA in Occupational Therapy and is a registered therapist by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. For the past 12 years, Liz has developed extensive aquatic experience as well as teaching swim and water safety. She offers aquatic therapy in the warmth of our therapy pool. Elena Picarelli
Elena is certified in personal training, athletic training, and fitness nutrition and group fitness. Specific group fitness certifications include boot camp, TRX, and Pound Fit. Her goal is to motivate, challenge and empower clients to take their fitness goals to the next level. She specializes in weight training and high intensity interval training. For those recovering from injuries or just getting started on their for-life fitness journey, modifications are available.

Matt Pietrantonio
Matt is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA & CPT) and he is also a USA Powerlifting Club Coach (USAPL-CC). He specializes in training for the sport of powerlifting, as well as client education in movement and mind muscle connection. His focus is on strength development in all ages.

Lynn Priest
Lynn has 20 years of experience working in boutique, commercial, corporate and medical fitness centers. She has certifications in a variety of areas: Yoga, Pilates (mat and equipment), AFAA group exercise, ACSM personal training, CES (cancer exercise specialist), ACE Health Coach, Spin, Barre, Aqua Fitness and Ai-chi, LesMills/Mossa, Reiki, Reflexology, as well as having a 3rd degree black belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. Further specialties include working with special populations such as those suffering from Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Disease, and rehabilitation from, for example, hip or knee replacement. She has experience in strength training, weight loss programs, Pilates, yoga, dance, martial arts, and certifications from ACSM CPT (American College of Sports Medicine) and NASM CPT (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She believes that fitness keeps her feeling positive and mentally strong each and every day.

Kathryn Smith
Kathryn has a Masters Degree from the University of Denver and is certified in Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Yoga and Group Fitness. She has a strong background in dance and also enjoys skiing. She teaches a Mat Pilates class here at NMFAC on Saturday mornings as well.
