Meet Alan Arellano | NMFAC Outdoor Adventure Guide

Alan Arellano, a native of Southern California has traveled the world in search of the perfect photograph, trail or open road. An avid cyclist, trail and marathon runner, backpacker and just about everything outdoors. Alan is especially fond of leading individuals on treks locally or abroad or cycling solo down the California and Oregon Coastline.

Alan successfully backpacked in groups or solo in the Grand Canyon, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Bryce Canyon, Moab, Canyonlands, Mt. Hood, Yosemite, Appalachian Trail and Death Valley to his credit.

Alan is especially interested in fund-raising, while on his treks and cycled across the Mojave Desert to raise funds for the organization www.88bikes.

Alan has participated in numerous sporting events. He is an avid outdoors man with years of experience and is currently certified through the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS).

Cost Per Each Program: $25.00 MEMBERS / $35.00 NON MEMBERS

  • Mandatory coast guard approved life jacket needed and MUST be worn
  • Appropriate water shoes and clothing
  • Extra pair of clothes just in case
