Women with Weights
The weight room may be intimidating at first for many women. By joining this 3-week, 6 session program, you will learn how to use free weights with assistance from a personal trainer. Women are learning that strength training not only enhances muscle tone but also boosts metabolism, augments fat oxidation and reduces injury risk. Grab a friend or come solo!
